After more than one year in Germany, the challenges and  hurdles are still many. In order to face this situation with  mental strength and self-confidence, we want to invite all  third-country nationals from Ukraine to a great and  inspiring workshop.

1:30 p.m. – GET EMPOWERED!
Each one teach one. Asmara Habtezion, Community Organizer and founder of the NGO Asmara‘s World (Hamburg) will provide you with methods for mental strengthening, encouragement for initiative and responsibility and practical live-hacks on how to handle challenging situations.

6 p.m. – GET ACTIVATED!
Boxing speaks an international language. Boxing gives
physical and mental power, increases concentration and strengthens self-confidence. Mandela Osborn, boxing trainer at Boxwerk Munich will introduce you to boxing techniques. Please bring sports clothes and shoes, a towel and water (no glas bottles allowed).
