Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW)
Returnship program starts in September (apply until 31 August)
BWBW offers a Returnship program „Bring Women Back to Work“ powered by Salesforce.
Target group:
• professional (academic) women of all age who are currently unemployed and have at least a career break of 1 year
• no IT or Tech background needed
• valid work permit for Germany
• languages: English and German at least B2 level
Benefits:
• 12 months upskilling program (incl. a 2-weeks course for Salesforce Admin certification + workshops on project management, sustainability, leadership etc.)
• Opportunity to enter the talent pool of BWBW + access to hiring partners of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Support from a mentor/ coach to consult every woman who has not yet found a job

BWBW is a NGO based in Switzerland and is run entirely on a voluntary basis. Therefore, a certain level of initiative is required in the job search and the use of communication tools like Slack in order to stay in touch with the community.
